In addition, the NI 43-101 Report that was SEDAR filed on May 14, 2010 requires amendments, and will be refilled within 10 days. BONAVENTURE ENTERPRISES INC. (“Bonaventure” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: BVT) (FSE: YQG) announces that it has contracted Paul D. Noland (B.Sc., P. Geo) to prepare an updated 43-101 compliant technical report on its New Pass Project, located in Central Nevada, approximately 27 miles west of Austin. This soon to be released report contains a Drill Indicated Mineral Resource of 15,515,488 short tons (14,075,414 metric tons) at 0.022 ounce per ton (0.75 grams/metric ton) gold equivalent or 341,750 ounces of gold equivalent comprised of 282,986 ounces of gold at an average grade of 0.018 ounces per ton (0.62 grams/metric ton) and 3,139,054 short tons (2,847,702 metric tons) of silver at an average grade of 0.202 ounces per ton (6.92 grams/metric ton). It also contains an inferred resource of 62,894,589 short tons (57,057,011 metric tons) at 0.022 oz/ton gold equivalent (0.75 grams/metric ton) or 1,383,272 ounces of gold equivalent comprised of 1,132,103 ounces of Au at an average grade of 0.018 ounces per ton (0.62 grams/metric ton) and 12,704,706 ounces of Ag at an average grade of 0.202 ounces per ton (6.92 grams/metric ton). (“Bonaventure” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: BVT) (FSE: YQG) announces that Mr. Jean Lafleur has resigned, effective immediately, from his position as President, CEO and a director of the Company. In the interim, Mr. Richard Kern, (P.Geo.), a current director of the Company, will assume the President and CEO position. He formerly was Vice-President Exploration (Nevada) for the Company, and will continue to be responsible for the coordination of BVT’s Nevada projects. Mr. Kern is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America and Australia. He has been involved in major discoveries in the Western U.S. and Australia, the most recent being Klondex Mines Ltd’s Fire Creek deposit in Nevada. In addition, the Company announces the appointment of Mr. Mark Billings to the Board of Directors. Mr. Billings will head a new special committee in charge of reshaping the Company’s affairs and direction. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Assay results from the 2008 drilling on K9 Uranium Property, Quebec Between May and November 2008, Bonaventure completed 58 diamond drill holes totaling 7,787 m of the Phase 2 delineation drilling of the “A” and “B” Zones. BONAVENTURE ENTERPRISES INC. (TSX-V:BVT) (the “Company”) is pleased to update shareholders on its recent exploration work at the Company’s Squaw Creek and Cottonwood Projects in Nevada (U.S.A.). At the Squaw Creek Property core hole SC-0801 intersected 120 feet (37 meters) averaging 1.07 g/t gold, including two gold assays over 3 g/t in a deeper offset of previous intersections (refer to the news release issued by Bonaventure on February 15, 2008).
