Richard R. Kern, DIRECTOR

Registered Geologist Nevada & California

Mr. Kern is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America and Australia.  He has been involved in major discoveries in the Western U.S. and Australia. His hands-on, field oriented mentor management style has been used very successfully.  In addition, his exploration methods used involve results driven mixing of practical field geology, geochemistry and drilling with state of the art GIS, geochemical and geophysical methods.  Mr. Kern is currently the president of MinQuest, Inc.  He has held executive and management level positions in companies such as Western North America North Mining, Inc., Homestake Mining Company, Superior Oil, and U.S. Geological Survey.  He has a Masters of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University in Geology. In addition, he has published a Thesis titled: "Geology and Economic Deposits of the Slate Creek Area, Custer County, Idaho."

Basil Pantages, Director

Mr. Pantages is now Chairman of Bonaventure Enterprises Inc. and a director since May of 1995.   From 1988 to 1998 Mr. Pantages was part of the management and a director of Prime Equities International Corporation, listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.  Mr. Pantages was responsible for the arrangement of corporate financing, property acquisitions, corporate filing and heading up Investor Relations for Prime Equities and more than fifty related companies.  Presently Mr. Pantages is Managing Director of Powerhouse Energy Corp., Consolidated Odyssey Explorations Inc. and GoldNev Resources Ltd.

Douglas Collins, DIRECTOR

Douglas Collins is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Kennesaw, GA with a major in marketing combined with additional studies in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina State University.  President of DM Productions, he has over seven years of international experience setting up North American operations and Asian distribution for several large European environmental corporations and has conducted business in 45 countries. Mr. Collins areas of specialty include fuel cell technology (Clean Energy Technology, Inc.) and the environmental industry specializing in water, wastewater, waste-to-energy systems, waste minimization and other environmental projects (Culligan USA, Buderus, Diemme, Klein GmbH, Rittershaus & Blecher).  He co-published a technical paper for the DOE Tritium Research Project.  Collins has worked extensively in Nevada with mining companies for environmental compliance for groundwater contamination.  He served on the Nevada Mining Association's Environmental Committee.

JURGEN WOLF, DIRECTOR

Mr. Wolf has been President and a director of US Oil and Gas Resources Inc.(TSXV-USR) since 1997 and has been a director of Flow Energy Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary since its inception in April 2002. Mr. Wolf has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 15 years. He is also currently a director of TransAmerican Energy Inc.

Mr. Kern is currently the president of MinQuest, Inc. and prior to joining MinQuest he was a principal in BristleCone Ventures, LP, Geo‑Surveys, and Sierra VisionLaunch, LLC. He has held executive and management level positions in companies such as Western North America North Mining, Inc., Homestake Mining Company, Superior Oil, and U.S. Geological Survey. His experience includes establishing base and precious metal exploration programs for North America with an emphasis on Western U.S., Mexico, Honduras and Panama. He has also managed major gold and copper exploration programs in W. U.S., Australia, Mexico, and Ecuador with minor work in New Guinea, Malaysia, China and Fiji.

Mr. Kern has strong analytical skills and has proven success in developing various mining ventures. He has a Masters of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University in Geology. In addition, he has published a Thesis titled: "Geology and Economic Deposits of the Slate Creek Area, Custer County, Idaho."

RICHARD BARNETT

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, SECRETARY

Richard Barnett acts as a Controller for several other public companies, including BVT since August 2007, and he is Chief Financial Officer for another public company. He obtained his CGA designation in September 2008, and the Company welcomes his expertise as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. 

Herb Duerr, Evp of exploration

Mr. Duerr has over 25 years experience in mineral exploration geology within the U.S., Latin America and Europe.  He has been involved in exploration and drilling of three major mines in the U.S., acquisition of at least 15 metal resources, and worked with major mining companies on the examination of over a thousand mineral properties. Mr. Duerr was in charge of prospect generation for two ventures similar to MinQuest between 1984 and 1994 in the Western U.S. These ventures were eventually sold for a significant return on investment.

Mr. Duerr has a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  GIS allows Mr. Duerr a quick and accurate integration of geologic maps with geophysical data and TM imagery. This method provides a dynamic evaluation tool for the modern exploration world.  He is currently the Vice President of MinQuest, Inc. and prior to joining MinQuest he was a President of Desert Pacific Exploration.  Mr. Duerr has developed new exploration concepts, recommended advanced stage projects and acquired joint ventures and leases for junior and major mining firms operating in the U.S. 

Mr. Duerr has held positions in companies such as North Mining, Brancote, WX Syndicate, U.S. Minerals Exploration, BP Minerals and American Selco. His experience includes evaluating over 200 properties in the U.S. for Rio Algom, Noranda/Hemlo (Nevada, gold), Brancote (Eastern U.S., diamonds), and Kennecott (Nevada, gold).  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Atlantic University in geology.
